Scotty Mackenzie
Managing Director
Having gained experience both locally and internationally, Scotty has gained a deep understanding of diverse building processes, materials, and design approaches, allowing the team to implement efficient systems while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
With over 17 years of experience renovating luxury villas, constructing bespoke new homes, and operating complex machinery, Scotty brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
Cameron MacDonald
Lead Foreman
Cam joined the Silver Mountain Construction team as a second-year apprentice in 2021. Since then, Cam has developed his skills across high-end new builds and bespoke renovations and is now the Lead Forman.
Outside of construction, Cam is the founder of Crux Outfitters, a guiding business that reflects his passion for the outdoors and entrepreneurial spirit.
Stoffel Mortiers
Carpentry Lead
Originally from Belgium, Stoffel joined Silver Mountain Construction in 2024.
Stoffels’ meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic and professional approach ensures every project exceeds client expectations.
Lars
Carpentry Lead/Foreman
Originally from Germany, Lars joined Silver Mountain Construction at the beginning of 2026, bringing with him a strong background in joinery and craftsmanship.
Known for his friendly nature, positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail, Lars takes great pride in delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. His dedication to precision and commitment to client satisfaction make him a valued member of team.
Bogdan
Apprentice
Originally from Russia, Bogdan joined Silver Mountain Construction in 2023 and is now in the third year of his apprenticeship.
Bogdan is honing his skills in high-end architectural new builds and bespoke renovations, bringing a practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to take on any task with dedication and precision.

Apprentice
Jordan joined Silver Mountain Construction in 2025 and has just begun his building journey as an apprentice.
Eager to learn and develop his skills, he brings a positive, hands-on attitude and a strong work ethic.

Labourer
Ross joined Silver Mountain Construction in 2025 originally a block layer with over 50 years in the construction industry Ross brings a lifetime of practical trade knowledge, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every project he is part of.
Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach and solid common sense, Ross is dependable on site and takes pride in getting the job done efficiently and to a high standard.
