This new architectural residence at Jacks Point Rise is currently under construction, designed to respond directly to its elevated alpine setting and capture the expansive surrounding views.

The exterior is formed using a refined combination of Abodo timber and plaster cladding, complemented by a clean alpine tray roof that gives the home a strong, contemporary profile. These materials have been carefully selected to balance durability with a restrained, modern aesthetic suited to the alpine environment.

Inside, the home features hardwood timber flooring, feature ceilings, and expansive glazing that frames the dramatic mountain outlook. The design prioritises light, openness, and a strong connection to the landscape, ensuring the views remain central to the experience of the home.
